Annual ConferenceIMTA's annual conference is typically held in the summer months, usually in June. The conference is designed to promote peer learning, networking, professional skills training, and vendor relations. The annual conference is also when the association members elect the new board of directors and take care of association business. 2025 Annual ConferenceThe 2025 hybrid event will be held July 20-23 at the Oak Brook Hills Chicago Hilton Resort just outside of Chicago, Illinois. IMTA and our national counterpart, the Association of Public Treasurers of the United States and Canada (APT US&C) are teaming up to bring you this incredible annual conference. As an affiliate of APT US&C, our board of directors seized upon this opportunity to bring a national conference to Illinois for the benefit of our members. You'll be able to attend at the APT US&C member rate as well as being eligible for a $299 scholarship to help offset the national group's higher registration fee.
